How can I reset or change my password?

In case you forgot your EntryRocket account password and you need to reset it or would like to change it for security reasons, point your browser to https://entryrocket.com/users/password/new.

Enter the email address you used to register with EntryRocket in the first place and click the "Send instructions" button.

Our system will send you a Reset password instructions email with the "Change my password" link.

Once you click the "Change my password" link, you will get a page to enter a new password.

By clicking the "Change my password" button, your password will be updated, and you can use this new password to sign in into your EntryRocket account.
