How much does EntryRocket cost?
There are two components to the overall cost of EntryRocket:
One-time setup fee — starts at $149 per reader
Recurring monthly fee — starts at $49/month
Setup fees
A one-time setup fee is charged for creating your custom reader. The standard cost is $149, but it can be higher for complex setups. Each document format requires its own reader.
Monthly plans
EntryRocket has four subscription plans:
Starter — $49/month (up to 100 credits, 1 Xero organization)
Plus — $99/month (up to 250 credits, up to 2 Xero organizations)
Pro — $149/month (up to 500 credits, up to 3 Xero organizations)
Expert — $299/month (up to 2,000 credits, up to 10 Xero organizations)
All prices are in USD and exclude tax. Custom plans are available for higher volumes or multiple Xero organizations.
What is a credit?
For each document we create in your Xero — whether it is an invoice, bill, bank transaction, quote, credit note, or anything else — we deduct one credit from your monthly quota.
Additionally:
If there are more than 5 line items, another credit is used for every 10 line items after the first 5
Each file attached to a document created in Xero costs one additional credit
If we create one or more missing items (products or services) in Xero for you, that costs one additional credit
For example, if an invoice has 5 line items, the cost is one credit. If it has 12 line items, the cost is two credits. If it has 22 line items, the cost is three credits, and so on.
Fair usage policy
Unused credits roll over for up to two months. This means we always look at the average credits usage for the last three months before upgrading your subscription plan to the next tier.
